Reservations Policy

Group Reservations
For parties of 8 or more, a set menu is required.

Credit Card Required
The Bistro 19 requires a credit card to secure the reservation for a group 0f 8 or more. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hrs in advance may be subject to a charge of $30 per person.

Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary needs as soon as possible.

Reservation Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Table Holding Policy
On the day of your reservation, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you within this time, your reservation will be released to our waitlist.

Licensing and Surcharges
The Bistro 19 is fully licensed, and BYO is not available. A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 14 days of the function (for the group booking over 20 people) will be charged at the minimum spend agreed by the client and customer, or $1000 if no amount is agreed upon. Please contact us at 02 9262 3760 or email us at hello@thebistro19.com.au to make any amendments. Amendments are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

All major credit and debit cards, including Amex, are accepted. Cash is also accepted.

Credit Card Surcharge

A 1.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.
